Domestic & international shipping

At this time, Royal Legendz only ships within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping or delivery to U.S. territories outside the continental 48 states.
Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days, and you’ll receive tracking information by email once your order is on the way.

returns & exchanges

We want your Royal Legendz gear to fit right and feel good.
If something isn’t working out, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty

Once we receive your return, we’ll issue store credit or process an exchange based on availability.

damaged or faulty goods

If you receive an item that’s defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, we’re here to make it right.

At our discretion, we’ll offer:

  • A same-item replacement

  • Or a store credit if the original item is unavailable

Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery and include photos for review.
